How do I place an order?
Sign in, go to New Order, select a category and service, enter your link and quantity, then click Place Order. Your order starts almost instantly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, CoinPayments, Coinbase, and WebMoney. All payments are processed securely.
What if my order does not complete?
If a service shows Guaranteed, we refill any under-deliveries at no cost. For non-guaranteed services, we still do our best to compensate. Open a ticket if needed.
How fast will my order start?
Most services start within minutes. Some may take up to 24 hours depending on queue and service type. Check the service description for estimated start time.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are issued as account balance credits, not back to your original payment method, except in special cases. Please read our Terms of Service for full details.
